Dance Expressions in Friendswood, Texas was an owner project managed new construction project. The owner knew little about LED lighting but was excited to hear about the long term maintenance reduction and decrease in consumption of electricity. Trusting LED Lighting of Houston with the project, a photometric was completed and brighter foot candles were recommended than what the original architect had specified. Being unsure of what 60 foot candles would look like as compared to the 30 the original architect had specified – the owner took a chance that paid off. The result is a very well lit dance studio that is home to some of the best up and coming dancers in Texas!
